Mental Health Therapy Services
“Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise

Blackbird can be interpreted many ways, in fact Paul McCartney wrote it in response to the Civil Rights Movement. As a therapist, I interpret it as a song of empowerment. You can experience pain and suffering and still be able to “fly”. Your vision can be made clear again despite being in a dark place. Mental health issues do not discriminate. It does not matter what you look like, earn or what you have been through. We all have a unique story and need guidance at some point. I offer an empathetic, person-centered approach. If you would like to begin counseling in a judgment-free zone, please contact me. I am ready when you are.
